From an exceedingly early age, I struggled with an eating disorder which saw me lose sight of all of the amazing things I was missing out on, and that was life. It was only due to resistance training and the belief in myself, that I was able to turn my life around. My relationship with food became healthier, my love for the gym intensified day by day, and I overcame my eating disorder by realising that I could become anything that I wanted to be!
Now after 8 years of hard work, commitment, intense training and going through every pitfall there is, I am the proud owner of my own bespoke gym and Level 3 Certified in Personal Training and Optimum Performance Training.
We all start somewhere, and I know I have the drive, passion, skill and sheer determination to encourage you to develop the discipline required to reach your goals and to celebrate and be proud of your achievements.
Is to help and guide you into becoming the best version of yourself. Showing you the ropes into your fitness journey without creating any bad habits! You will be taught the science based method in fitness and nutrition. Learning how to live an unrestricted lifestyle, and how to incorporate fitness into your lifestyle that suits you best!
